Mental Health Support
Kylie offers compassionate support for individuals navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, burnout, PTSD, complex trauma, and stress. She also assists parents adjusting to the challenges of early parenthood, including those processing birth trauma and experiencing prenatal depression and anxiety.
Faith-Related Challenges
For those processing difficult religious experiences, including spiritual abuse, cult involvement, or faith-based hurt, Kylie offers a safe and understanding space. She also provides guidance for those in ministry contexts seeking support for burnout or mental health challenges.

Kylie provides tailored support for individuals facing relationship challenges, such as communication challenges, relational breakdown or separation, infidelity, or trust violations. She helps clients develop healthier communication patterns, set boundaries, and address feelings of loneliness or disconnection.

Kylie offers trauma recovery support for individuals recovering from emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual, or faith-related trauma. She also provides care for those affected by workplace bullying, medical trauma, or past experiences that continue to impact their well-being.
Workplace challenges
Kylie is available to help people process challenging work-related experiences, including workplace bullying, burnout, interpersonal conflicts, and difficulties determining future career direction. She offers compassionate support to help individuals navigate these challenges, build resilience, and develop strategies for improved well-being and workplace satisfaction.
Relationships & Couple Counselling
For couples seeking to improve their relationships, Kylie draws on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide guidance tailored to each couple’s unique needs. Pre-marriage and marriage counselling are available, as well as support for couples working through infidelity or other breaches of trust.
In addition to her therapy work, Kylie serves in a safeguarding role within a faith-based organisation. She has published academic work on coercive control and attachment in intimate relationships. In her free time, Kylie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, travelling, exploring photography, and catching up with friends over coffee.
